What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. No physical card to swap — just scan a QR code to add an overseas line.

Will it work on my phone?

It works on eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked phones. Most iPhones (XS and later) and recent Android devices are supported. Please check your device before purchase.

When should I set it up?

You can install the eSIM before departure (at home, on Wi-Fi). Just turn on data after you arrive.

What happens when I run out of data?

Your connection stops. On top-up-capable plans, you can add more data from My Page (rolling out).

Can I make calls or send SMS?

Bloomy eSIM is data-only. Voice calls and SMS are not supported, but data apps like LINE and WhatsApp work fine.

Can I use it in multiple countries?

Yes — regional (multi-country) plans are available. Select multiple countries on the comparison page to see them.

Can I use it right after buying?

Yes. Your QR code and setup guide are issued immediately after payment.

Can I get a refund?
