FAQ — if something is not working
I cannot log in to the app

Connected, but a site will not open
Switching to another location can help. For speed, choose a location near where you are.
A video service will not play
Depending on the service's own checks, it may not work even with a VPN. GPS, account country, payment details and device settings can also matter.
The connection is slow
Choosing a location near you can help. Try a different country or server as well.
It does not work on public Wi-Fi
Some Wi-Fi networks restrict VPN connections. Try another Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Can I stop auto-renewal?
For the monthly and yearly plans, you can stop auto-renewal anytime from the VPN tab. You can still use it until the expiry date.
Do the 7-day / 15-day plans renew?
The 7-day and 15-day plans are one-time short-term plans. They do not auto-renew.
