購買後只需一鍵即可設定。支援的裝置會自動開啟 eSIM 新增畫面（也支援掃描 QR 碼與手動輸入）。

請先閱讀
- eSIM 會在你最初安裝它的裝置上使用。多數情況下無法轉移到其他手機，因此請務必在實際使用的手機上進行設定。
- 安裝後，在使用完畢前請勿刪除 eSIM。刪除後可能無法再次使用。
- 安裝 eSIM 需要 Wi-Fi 網路環境。
- 請登入 My Page，查看設定連結（或 QR 碼・設定資訊）。
- 建議在出發前先安裝好 eSIM，更安心。
- 實際的數據通訊將在抵達當地後，將Bloomy eSIM選為行動數據線路時開始。
- 不同方案的使用開始時間可能有所不同，請同時查看購買後的指引。
請先確認這些
- Your device supports eSIM
- Your device is SIM-unlocked
- You are connected to Wi-Fi
- You can open the setup link (or QR code) in My Page
- Your OS is not too old
- Destination, days and plan are correct
在 iPhone 上的設定步驟
Connect to Wi-Fi
Open the Settings app
Open “Cellular / Mobile Data”
Tap “Add eSIM” or “Add Cellular Plan”
Tap the setup link from My Page (auto-opens on supported devices), or scan the QR code
Follow the on-screen steps to add the eSIM
Rename the line to something clear like “Bloomy eSIM”
Check the roles of your home line and Bloomy eSIM
Before departure, turn Bloomy eSIM off if needed
After arrival, set Bloomy eSIM as the mobile data line
Turn on “data roaming” (the setting that lets your phone receive signal abroad) for the Bloomy eSIM line if required
在 iPhone 上特別注意的事項
- 請注意不要為本國主線路開啟數據漫遊
- 確認行動數據選擇了哪條線路
- 「允許切換行動數據」可能導致非預期的線路使用，請留意
- 為線路設定清楚易懂的名稱，在當地就不容易混淆。
Android 設定步驟
Android 的選項名稱因廠商和版本而異，請尋找名稱相近的選項。
Connect to Wi-Fi
Open the Settings app
Open “Network & internet” or “Connections”
Open “SIM” or “Mobile network”
Tap “Add eSIM” or “Download a SIM”
Tap the setup link from My Page (auto-opens on supported devices), or scan the QR code
Follow the on-screen steps to add the eSIM
Rename the line to something clear like “Bloomy eSIM”
After arrival, set Bloomy eSIM as the mobile data line
Turn on “data roaming” (the setting that lets your phone receive signal abroad) if required
If data still won't connect, add the APN manually (your APN is shown in the eSIM details on My Page)
Android 特別注意事項
- 項目名稱因廠商或系統版本而異
- 顯示名稱可能不同，如「連線」「網路」「SIM 管理員」等
- 請確認數據連線使用的是 Bloomy eSIM，而非本國 SIM
- 請注意不要設錯數據漫遊的對象線路
- Even after installing via QR, Android may not apply the APN automatically — add it manually if so
無法掃描 QR 碼時（手動設定）
- My Page 上可能會顯示手動設定資訊（如 SM-DP+ 位址）。
- 透過手動輸入 SM-DP+ 位址與啟用碼，有時也可以完成設定。
- 請準確輸入資訊，包括大小寫與符號。
- 如果找不到手動設定資訊，請查看我的頁面。
抵達當地後的確認事項
- Bloomy eSIM is turned on
- Bloomy eSIM is selected for mobile data
- Data roaming is on for the Bloomy eSIM line
- Your home SIM isn't using data by mistake
- You are where there is signal
- Restart the device if needed
常見錯誤
- 以為掃描 QR 碼後當地通信就會自動開始
- 仍將本國 SIM 設為行動數據線路
- 一直把數據漫遊保持關閉
- Not setting the required APN on Android
- 在沒有 Wi-Fi 的地方嘗試安裝
- 刪除 eSIM 後嘗試重新安裝
- 裝置不支援，或SIM鎖未解除
重要：請勿立即刪除eSIM
eSIM 一旦刪除，可能無法用同一個 QR 碼重新安裝。即使無法連線，也請不要立即刪除 eSIM，請先查看「無法連線時的確認方法」。
