Until now, it wasn't always obvious where to look up your data usage after a purchase. My Account brings your purchased plans, remaining data and expiry dates together in one place, behind a single login.
What you can do in My Account

Bloomy eSIMs are data-only — they don't come with a phone number, SMS or voice calling — so the two things most travellers care about are exactly the ones My Account makes easy to see: remaining data and expiry date. Noticing early that you're running low means you can calmly weigh up your options, such as adding another plan, before you actually run out.
Please note that the remaining data and expiry date shown are estimates as of the moment you check. Usage can take a little time to be reflected. All plans are subject to a fair usage policy, and actual speeds and connection quality vary depending on the local network, your device and where you are.
Who this is for
Anyone who has purchased a Bloomy eSIM and can log in to their account. If you're buying for the first time, you'll be able to check your remaining data and expiry date the same way once your order is complete.
What you need to do
Nothing. There's no sign-up, no setting to switch on, and your eSIM works exactly as before. Whenever you want to check your data or expiry date, just log in and open My Account.
About your privacy
My Account only ever shows information belonging to the account that's logged in. You will never see anyone else's purchases. We've been deliberately careful about what information is displayed, so you can use it with confidence.
