Weve Redesigned Our Purchase-Complete and eSIM-Ready Emails, and Reorganized the Footer into Four Categories

With this update, the emails you receive after a purchase are easier to read, and it's simpler to find your way around the site. The goal was to remove those small moments of hesitation — “Where do I go for setup instructions or support after I buy?” At Bloomy eSIM, we care about more than just price and coverage; we want you to feel taken care of after the purchase, too. This time, we redesigned the two emails you receive — purchase complete and eSIM ready — and reorganized the footer (the navigation at the bottom of each page) into four clear categories.

What's New in This Update

  • Redesigned purchase-complete and eSIM-ready emails: We reworked the layout of both post-purchase emails so the information that matters stands out at a glance.
  • Footer reorganized into four categories: We grouped the bottom-of-page navigation into “Service / Support / Articles & Resources / Company & Legal,” making it easier to reach the page you're looking for.

This update tackles two spots that are easy to overlook at the same time: the emails that land right after a purchase, and the navigation at the foot of the site.

Why We Made These Changes

For anyone using an eSIM for the first time, it can be hard to know what to do once the purchase is done. The email that arrives right after buying is an important first step into setup, but when it's packed with information, it can actually become harder to follow. The footer, meanwhile, is often where people look when they need a setup guide, the FAQ, or company details — yet as the list of links grows, finding the right one gets trickier. So we made the emails easier to read and organized the footer by purpose, so you can reach what you need without getting lost.

How This Helps You

With the post-purchase emails tidied up, it's easier to see “what to do next.” And because the footer is now split into four categories, you can find things by purpose: head to “Support” when you want to check setup steps, or “Service” when you want to learn what's included. The less familiar you are with using an eSIM abroad, the more uncertainty can linger after a purchase — so these “less searching, more finding” improvements are especially helpful.

Related Note: When You Can't Find the Post-Purchase Email

If you can't find your purchase-complete or eSIM-ready email, start by checking your spam folder or any automatic filtering tabs such as “Promotions” — it often turns up there. Searching your mail app for “Bloomy” or the email address you used at checkout can also help. Since the email is really just a starting point, it's worth saving it so you can calmly refer back to anything you need for setup.

Related Note: The Different Roles of the Email and the Website

The emails mainly serve as notifications — confirming that your purchase went through and that your eSIM is ready to go. When you want detailed setup steps, or guidance on what to do if you can't connect, the setup guide and FAQ on the website bring that information together in one place. A smooth approach is to get the big picture from the email and check the detailed steps in the guide. We also plan to gradually build out post-purchase tools such as a member page over time (the details are still being refined, so please refer to the latest display on the site).

The Bloomy Touches We Cared About

For both the emails and the footer, we focused on not cramming in too much, keeping a gentle, calm look. The colors, spacing, and wording are designed so that even a first-time reader won't feel overwhelmed. We aim to create a flow that says, “affordable to use, but never left on your own after you buy.”

What's Coming Next

We'll keep refining the post-purchase experience little by little. We plan to adjust the email content and the setup and support pathways from the site step by step, watching how they're actually used. This isn't a promise of features that aren't yet confirmed — but our aim is to get ever closer to a “no worries after you buy” experience.
