We added "Peace of mind after you buy" account guidance to the homepage

After you buy an eSIM for your destination, it's now easier to check "How much data do I have left?" and "How long can I keep using it?" on a single screen in your account. When you can't see how much data you have left abroad, it's easy to feel uneasy, so this update aims to make managing your plan after purchase as light as possible.

Until now, the homepage focused mainly on "how easy setup is," but we also heard from travelers asking, "Where do I check my remaining data and expiry date?" So we added a section to the homepage that brings together what you can do after buying, and we clarified the role of your account page.

What's new in this update

We added a new section to the homepage called "Peace of mind, even after you buy." It explains how your account page brings together the connectivity management that often trips people up abroad. Specifically, you can now see items like these as a single screen view:

  • Check your active eSIM (country and plan type)
  • Check your remaining data and expiry date
  • Add data (top-up) on eligible plans
  • Set up auto top-up on eligible plans
  • Check your eSIM settings, order history, and receipts
  • A clear path to support when you need help

We also refined the navigation so you can reach related entry points naturally.

Why we revisited this

With an eSIM, the experience doesn't end at checkout — it continues until you've used it up at your destination. Especially on a first trip abroad, or during long stays like studying or working overseas, small worries such as "I can't tell how much is left" or "I forgot about the expiry date" tend to add up. We believe that not getting lost after purchase matters just as much as easy setup, so we tidied up how the management features look.

When this comes in handy

For example, if midway through a trip you think "I may have watched too many videos," checking your remaining data in your account gives you a sense of how much you have left. If it's running low, you can add data (top up) on the spot on eligible plans.

A common question here is: "Which is better — adding data (top-up) or buying a new plan again?" Here's a rough guide to help you decide:

  • You want a little more within your current plan's validity → A top-up is the easy option (you keep using the same eSIM)
  • Your plan is close to expiring, you still have a long stay ahead, or you're also visiting another country → Choosing a new plan is often the better fit

If you'd like to reduce the worry of suddenly running short, setting up auto top-up on eligible plans makes it easier to add data when you're running low. Note that what's covered and the conditions vary by plan, so please check the details before you set it up.

What we kept in mind, the Bloomy way

Rather than cramming in numbers, we made sure the information you actually want to see abroad — remaining data, expiry, top-up, and support — catches your eye first. With a white base and soft blue tones, we aimed for a calm look that even first-time users can check with ease.

Looking ahead

We'll keep refining how clear your account page is, based on the feedback we receive. We plan to gradually polish the finer details too, such as the display and the wording of our guidance.

*Bloomy eSIM is generally a data-only service (no phone number, SMS, or voice calls). If you need a phone number, SMS, or voice calling, please also consider a separate option — for example a calling app (VoIP) or another solution. Connection quality may vary depending on the local network, your device, and your location, and a fair use policy applies. (As of June 2026)
