On the "My eSIM" section of your account page, you can now see how many times you've topped up (added data to) a given eSIM. If an eSIM reaches its top-up limit, you'll see a clear notice.
What's new
- Each eSIM card now shows a top-up count, such as "Top-ups: 3."
- Each eSIM can be topped up up to 10 times. Once it reaches 10, you'll see a notice that the limit has been reached, along with a link to find a new eSIM.
Who this is for
This applies to anyone who has already purchased an eSIM.
How to check
Log in to your account page and open "My eSIM."
Things to keep in mind
- The top-up limit (up to 10 times per eSIM) is set by our network provider. If you'd like to keep going after reaching the limit, you'll need to purchase a new eSIM.
- Bloomy eSIM is data-only — there's no phone number, SMS, or voice calling. A fair use policy applies, and connection quality can vary depending on the local network, your device, and your location. Pricing, supported countries, and plan details may change, so please confirm the current details at the time of purchase.
