The total after switching and the difference from the standard plan are shown right there, so you can see exactly how much more it costs to remove the daily cap before you decide. There's no need to go back and search for the plan again — you can settle that last-minute "which one should I get?" question on the spot.

What's new in this update
On the purchase confirmation screen for standard unlimited plans (the type where speeds are reduced for the rest of the day once you've used your daily high-speed data), we've added a checkbox: "Remove the daily high-speed data cap (switch to Unlimited Max)."

You can undo the switch at any time
If you check the box and then decide the standard plan is enough after all, a single tap takes you back to your original plan. You can review the price once more before payment, which helps prevent accidentally purchasing the higher-tier plan without meaning to.
When the checkbox appears
The checkbox only appears when an Unlimited Max plan is available for the same country and duration. Where no matching plan exists, it isn't shown at all — so you'll never find yourself switched to a plan with different conditions without realizing it. Why we made this change
In a recent update, we started showing each plan's "speed after you use up your high-speed data" on the purchase confirmation screen (you can find the background in our changelog). If reading that made you think "with the way I use data, the no-cap plan might suit me better," you previously had to leave the confirmation screen and go find the Unlimited Max plan yourself.
That wasn't just extra work — you also had to double-check that you'd picked the same country and duration, and work out the price difference on your own. With this update, you can compare both prices side by side the moment you're unsure, and choose right there. The goal is a purchase flow you never have to break out of to make a confident decision.
Daily-cap vs. no-cap (Unlimited Max): what's the difference?
Bloomy's unlimited plans come in two main types. A daily-cap unlimited plan gives you a set amount of high-speed data each day; once you use it up, speeds are reduced for the rest of the day, then return to high speed the next day. Unlimited Max, on the other hand, has no daily high-speed cap — it's the higher-tier plan for people who'd rather not think about their daily data balance at all.
That said, Unlimited Max isn't "anything goes, no conditions." Typical usage stays at high speed, but in cases of extremely heavy usage we may ask you to accept adjustments under our fair use policy. Which type is right for you?
How you use data while traveling is usually enough to tell.

If you're on the fence, one approach is to proceed to the confirmation screen for the daily-cap plan and let the displayed price difference decide. If the difference is smaller than you expected, go with no-cap; if the standard plan looks like enough, keep it — the choice stays yours, based on numbers you can actually see.
Things to know before you buy
Beyond this switching feature, a few points apply to all unlimited plans and are worth knowing up front.
- These are data-only eSIMs: They don't include a phone number, so voice calls and SMS aren't available. App-based calls that run over data — WhatsApp, Messenger, FaceTime, and the like — work as usual. If you need a phone number or SMS, consider pairing your eSIM with another solution.
- Speeds depend on the environment: Actual speeds vary with local network conditions, coverage area, congestion, and your device.
- Tethering conditions can differ by plan: If you plan to connect a laptop, please check the plan details before purchasing.

- Nothing is hidden: The new total and the price difference are always shown before payment
- No noise: Where no matching plan exists, the checkbox doesn't appear at all
- A second look: Even after switching, you can review the price once more before paying
Our priority is showing the option only to people who might need it, with the terms laid out honestly. A no-cap plan is convenient, but not everyone needs one. If a standard plan covers you, choosing the standard plan is the right call — and we believe that's what keeps the experience trustworthy.
Purchase and setup after switching
If you switch to Unlimited Max, everything after purchase works the same as with any other plan. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a setup link — tap it, follow the on-screen instructions to add the eSIM, and switch the line on when you arrive at your destination.
