Weve refreshed My Page to make receipts and top-up history easier to find

When you review your eSIM after purchase, your active plan, receipts, and top-up (added data) history are now easier to see at a glance in My Page. You can check what you can use right now and what you paid for on the spot, so it's easier to stay oriented after buying — even when you're on the road. Here's what changed, along with a few tips for getting the most out of My Page after purchase.

What changed

We took a careful look at the post-purchase areas of My Page and adjusted them to better match what you're actually using. The main updates are below.

  • Your data usage now reflects your real plan: on some screens, sample placeholder content could appear, so we adjusted things to show the details of your own purchased eSIM. This was a display fix only — it didn't reduce the data you can actually use.
  • Open receipts straight from your order history: each order screen now shows a receipt link, so you can check it whenever you need to.
  • Top-up (added data) history is shown: data you add later is grouped by order, so it's easy to review.
  • Clearer order status: status is shown with color-coded labels, alongside the plan name, amount, and payment method.

* We continue to refine what's shown and how it's handled, so screens may change over time (as of June 2026).

Why we made these changes

At Bloomy, we want even first-time eSIM users to feel confident using their plan after purchase. Once you've bought a plan, small things make a big difference — being able to confirm that your own plan is showing correctly, knowing where to find your payment record (receipt), and understanding how any data you've added is handled. This update is about making those everyday checks a little smoother.

What's nicer once you're using it

For example, when you arrive at your destination and want to see roughly how much you can still use, you can review your active plan and history together in My Page. And when you need a receipt for a business trip or expense report, you can pull it up right from your order history.

Top-up (added data) vs. buying a new plan

One thing that's easy to wonder about when reviewing your history: if you're running low on data, should you top up or buy a new plan? Here are some general guidelines.

  • If you're continuing the same trip as-is: adding data to your current plan with a top-up is the simpler option. There's usually no need to swap settings, and in many cases you can keep using your connection without interruption.
  • If your stay is getting longer or you're moving to another country: if your number of days or the countries you need change, buying a new plan may be a better fit. Choosing a longer-duration plan or a multi-country plan can end up being easier to manage.

Which one suits you depends on your remaining days, how you use data, and the terms of your current plan. You can review data and duration guidance, along with supported countries and regions, on the eSIM comparison page based on your destination, data amount, and number of days. (Pricing and terms may change, so please check the latest details before purchasing.)

What Bloomy focused on

With this update, we prioritized making things easy to confirm for people who have already purchased, rather than simply adding new features. Status labels are gently distinguished by color, and we've arranged the screen so you can also check the amount and payment method in the same place. Please note that Bloomy plans are generally data-only — they don't include a phone number, SMS, or voice calls. If you need a phone number, texting, or calls, it's a good idea to also look into a separate option alongside your eSIM.

About future improvements

We plan to keep refining how easy it is to review things after purchase, little by little. We'll continue exploring ways to make it clearer to look back on your usage. We'll share updates as they're ready, so please keep an eye out for what's next.
