We've polished the titles and descriptions that appear when you search in different languages, so that searching in English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, or Spanish brings up our product and comparison pages with their content clearly conveyed. If you prefer to look for an eSIM in your own language before you travel, you can now reach the plan page you need with less guesswork.
What's new in this update
This time, we refined the "title" and "description" for our product pages (the page for each eSIM plan) and our comparison pages, tailored to each supported language. Specifically, we reviewed—language by language—the heading and description text that shows up in search engine results and in the link previews shared on social media and messaging apps.
- Refined the titles and descriptions on product and comparison pages for each language
- Adjusted how pages appear in search results to read clearly in each language
- Aligned headings and descriptions so the page's content comes across no matter which language you search in
Bloomy eSIM is available in Japanese as well as English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Spanish. The pages themselves were already available in each language; what we've done here is shape the "face" of each page that appears in search results into wording that reads more naturally for each language.
Why we made this change
People preparing for a trip often search on their phone before departure, using keywords like "[destination country] + eSIM." If the titles and descriptions lined up in those search results don't read correctly in your own language, it becomes hard to tell at a glance whether a result is the plan page you're actually looking for.
Bloomy eSIM is used by people who speak many different languages—not only travelers heading abroad, but also those returning to a country for a long stay and those living overseas who are traveling on to another country. Being able to understand the content when you search in your own language is a small but important foundation for opening a page with confidence.
How this helps you
With this improvement, it should be easier to reach the right page in situations like these:
- When you search for an eSIM by destination country, a title that explains the content in your own language appears
- When you share a plan page link with a friend or family member, the description shows up in the reader's language
- When you want to compare several plans, the role of the comparison page comes across right from the search results
Our aim is to reduce that small moment of hesitation—"I won't know what this page is until I open it"—and let you move straight to the information you need.
A quick guide: choosing an eSIM by destination, data, and duration
Once you've reached a page from search, here's some basic thinking to help you choose a plan without second-guessing. With Bloomy eSIM, you can pick a plan mainly along three lines: "destination country or region," "data allowance," and "number of days."
- Destination: First, choose a plan that covers the country or region you're going to. If you're visiting several countries, picking a plan that bundles those countries together makes things easier to manage.
- Data allowance: A smaller allowance is a reasonable guide if you mostly use maps and look things up, while a larger one suits heavier video streaming or video calls. If you're not sure how much you'll use, you might consider an unlimited plan designed for longer stays alongside the fixed-allowance options.
- Number of days: Match this to the length of your stay. If you're worried the days might not be enough, it helps to think ahead about whether topping up your data locally or simply buying a new plan fits you better.
Please note that Bloomy eSIM is data-only: it does not include a phone number, SMS, or voice calls. For situations where you need a phone number, SMS, or voice calling, please also look into other options. App-based calls such as those in WhatsApp or other messaging apps can often be used wherever a data connection is available. Also, while unlimited plans are well suited to longer use, conditions such as a fair-use policy, speed management after a certain amount of usage, and whether tethering is allowed may be set per plan—so please check the latest details shown at the time of purchase. Actual connection quality can vary depending on the local network, your device, and your location.
The Bloomy touches we cared about
For this work, rather than swapping text into each language mechanically, our benchmarks were "can someone who searched open this with confidence?" and "does the page's role come across in a single line?" We were mindful to keep the warmth, cleanliness, and clarity that Bloomy eSIM values intact, even within the short snippets of text that appear in search results.
What's coming next
We plan to keep refining the body wording of each language's pages and the translations of our static pages, step by step. Whichever language you visit in, we'll continue adjusting the display and navigation so you can reach the information you need without getting lost. (Details may change depending on how our plans develop.)
