We've reworded the section of our Business & Seller Information notice that explains how to check who operates Bloomy eSIM. This update is about making the wording clearer — it doesn't change your current plan, your eSIM setup, or your connection.
What we changed
In short, it should now take one read to understand how to request our business details and what you'll receive back. We already stated that the operator's name, address, and phone number would be disclosed on request, but the previous wording made it hard to tell in what form and how quickly you'd actually get that information.
- We now state clearly that, once you send a request, we'll send the relevant details to you in writing by email without undue delay.
- We replaced the vague phrase "will be disclosed" with wording that makes it easy to picture how you'll receive the information.
- We applied the same wording across every language version of the page, not just one.
This is a clarity fix to the wording — it isn't a change in how the underlying requirements are interpreted.
Who this affects
This is for anyone currently using a Bloomy eSIM, as well as anyone considering a purchase who wants to confirm who's behind the service. Nothing about an eSIM you already hold — its data allowance, validity period, or connection status — changes because of this update.
What you need to do
Nothing. If you'd like our business information, just get in touch through our contact page, and we'll email you the relevant details in response. If you're currently abroad, you can use exactly the same contact channel.
A few things to keep in mind
While we're here, a quick refresher on how Bloomy eSIM works (accurate as of July 2026; details may change in future).
Bloomy eSIM is data-only. App-based calls that run over data — WhatsApp, Messenger, FaceTime and similar — work as usual. What you don't get is a phone number: no voice calls to or from a regular number, and no SMS. If you need a phone number or SMS verification codes, it's worth planning for that separately — for example, keeping your home-country line active, or arranging another option that comes with a number.
- Speed and overall experience depend on the local networks, the area you're in, and how busy the network is at the time. The same plan can feel different from one place to another.
- Unlimited plans may come with a fair usage policy, conditions on speeds after a certain amount of use, or limits on tethering. Please check the details of each plan before you buy.
- Available plans and terms can differ by country and region. For the current line-up, check what's shown on the comparison page.
