Your account page now lets you look back over your past purchases in one place, so you can see what plan you bought and when — right from your phone. Whether you've bought several plans for different trips, or picked up separate plans for yourself and your family, you can now trace every order in a single list.
What's new in this update
We've added a new "Order History" tab to your account page. You can now view the eSIM plans you've purchased, along with the date and time of each purchase, all in one list.
- A brand-new Order History tab
- Your purchased plans shown alongside their purchase dates and times
- All your past purchases gathered in one place
Until now, checking "which plan did I buy last time?" often meant digging back through emails. Now, once you log in, you can find it right inside your account page. Only the orders made by the signed-in account are shown — no one else's information appears.
Why we added Order History
Many people use eSIMs in a "buy as you go" way — topping up for each trip, study-abroad stay, or extended period away. When you purchase several plans for different destinations or data amounts, it can get hard to keep track of exactly which ones you have.
At Bloomy, we care about making things clear after you buy, not just at checkout. By bringing your orders together on your account page, we've made it easier to look back when you want to — for example, "I'd like to pick about the same amount of data as last time for my next trip," or "I want to sort out which plans I bought, including the ones for my family." Our aim is for buying to be the start, not the end — so you can keep using your plan with peace of mind.
How this helps you
In practical terms, it comes in handy in situations like these:
- When you want to review the data amount or number of days you chose last time, ahead of your next trip or stay
- When you've bought several plans together and want to sort out which one is for which trip
- When you want to recall which countries you've bought plans for in the past
Being able to check "how much was enough last time" makes it easier to gauge what to choose next. It can also serve as your own personal reference whenever you're unsure how much data or how many days to pick.
A closer look: topping up vs. buying a new plan
Looking back through your order history naturally raises the question of "should I top up or buy a new plan next time?" Here's some helpful background.
As a general rule, if you plan to keep using the same eSIM and just expect to run low on data, topping up your existing plan is the simpler route — you can keep going without redoing any setup. On the other hand, if you're heading to a different destination, need a fresh set of days, or there's going to be a long gap before your next trip, buying a new plan can be the clearer choice.
Which option suits you depends on your remaining days, your remaining data, and when your next trip is. Top-up availability and the number of times you can top up may be subject to limits, and the details can change, so please check the latest information shown before you buy. Your order history can serve as a record of your own purchases to help guide these decisions.
A closer look: what to do when data runs low abroad
If you notice your data getting low while you're away, a good first step is to revisit how you're using it — you can often save data without much effort. Saving maps for offline use, turning off video autoplay, limiting app auto-updates to Wi-Fi only, and pausing automatic cloud backups of photos and videos can all make a real difference to how fast your data drains.
If that still isn't enough, then considering a top-up or an additional plan — in that order — tends to be the calmest way to handle it. Note that Bloomy plans are generally data-only. If you need a phone number, SMS verification, or voice calling, please look into other options as well. App-based calls such as those on WhatsApp may work as long as you have a working data connection.
The Bloomy touch
We designed Order History so it doesn't feel like a technical dashboard full of jargon — even first-time users should be able to glance at it and understand. We've kept it to the essentials you need when looking back, namely the plans you bought and when, and made it flow naturally into the other tabs on your account page. Rather than cramming in information, we aimed for a layout that makes it easy to reach what you need.
What's coming next
Building on Order History, we're exploring features to make post-purchase management even more convenient, such as showing receipts and viewing top-up history. We plan to refine these step by step as things develop, and at this stage they aren't firm commitments. We'll keep improving, with the goal of an account page that supports you well even after you've bought.

Bloomy plans are data-only eSIMs: they do not include a phone number, SMS, or voice calls. A fair use policy applies, and connection quality varies depending on the local network, your device, and your location. Plan details and pricing (in USD) are subject to change, so please confirm the latest information at the time of purchase.
