Even when the page you're looking for can't be found, we now make sure you see a search box and links to our main pages, so you can easily get back on track. If a broken link or a changed URL leaves you stranded, we no longer leave you at a dead end—instead, we gently point you toward your next step.
What's new in this update
We've redesigned the page that appears when content can't be found (the so-called 404 page), along with the related error screens, to match the look and feel of Bloomy eSIM. Previously, these screens were plain and didn't make it clear where to go next. With this update, we now show an on-site search together with links to the pages people use most. We've also adjusted font sizes and spacing for comfortable reading on phones, and placed the buttons where they're easy to tap.
Why we made this change
A "page not found" screen isn't something you see every day, but when you do run into one, it's easy to feel unsure about what to do next. The causes vary widely—an old bookmark, a stale link left in search results, or part of a URL that got cut off. Without any guidance at this point, a visitor who took the time to come to us might simply leave. We believe that guiding people carefully exactly when they feel lost is what makes a site feel reassuring, even for first-time visitors, so we revisited these details right down to the small touches.
How this helps you
- Even if the page you wanted isn't there, you can search again right away
- You can jump to popular pages in one click—comparison, setup, FAQ, and more
- No more dead ends: it's clear what to do next
- Easy to read on a phone, with buttons that are hard to tap by mistake
For example, if you're looking for how to set up the eSIM you bought but wander onto a different URL, you can move straight from that screen to the setup guide or the comparison page. Our goal was to reduce that small frustration of "closing the tab without ever finding what I was looking for."
Good to know: where to start when you're stuck

Also worth knowing: how to choose an eSIM by destination, data, and days
Some of you searching for a particular page may also be about to choose a plan. With eSIMs, it's easiest to think in terms of three things: your destination (country or region), your data allowance, and the number of days you'll use it. A short business trip might call for a smaller allowance, while a trip where you'll often use maps and translation might warrant a bit more headroom—picturing how you'll actually use it makes the choice easier.
Many Bloomy plans are data-only by design. They don't include a phone number, SMS, or voice calls, so if you need any of those, it's worth lining up another option as well. App-based calls such as WhatsApp may work as long as you have a working data connection. Pricing and plan details can change, so please check the latest information before you buy. Please also keep in mind that connection quality can vary depending on the local network, your device, and your specific area. You can find specific plans on the eSIM comparison page, filtered by country, data allowance, and number of days.
The Bloomy touches we cared about
Even on an error screen, we focused on guiding you with a calm, friendly tone rather than creating worry. We brought in our mascot illustration and brand colors so that, even when you've wandered somewhere unexpected, you can calmly move on to where you want to go. We also chose wording that feels like "let's find it together," rather than coming across as cold or dismissive.
What's coming next
We'll keep fine-tuning these pathways and the wording as we see how people use them. We plan to add more shortcuts to frequently sought information and continue building out clear starting points so you can resolve problems quickly when you're stuck.
