구매 후 한 번의 탭으로 설정할 수 있습니다. 지원 단말기라면 eSIM 추가 화면이 자동으로 열립니다(QR 코드 스캔·수동 입력도 지원).

먼저 읽어 주세요
- eSIM은 처음 설치한 기기에서 사용하는 방식입니다. 다른 스마트폰으로 옮기지 못하는 경우가 많으므로, 반드시 실제로 사용할 스마트폰에서 설정하세요.
- 설치 후에는 다 사용할 때까지 eSIM을 삭제하지 마세요. 삭제하면 다시 사용할 수 없을 수 있습니다.
- eSIM을 설치하려면 Wi-Fi 환경이 필요합니다.
- My Page에 로그인하여 설정 링크（또는 QR 코드・설정 정보）를 확인해 주세요.
- 출국 전에 eSIM을 설치해 두면 안심할 수 있습니다.
- 실제 데이터 통신은 현지 도착 후 Bloomy eSIM을 모바일 데이터로 선택하면 시작됩니다.
- 요금제에 따라 이용 시작 시점이 다를 수 있으니 구매 후 안내도 확인해 주세요.
먼저 확인할 것
- Your device supports eSIM
- Your device is SIM-unlocked
- You are connected to Wi-Fi
- You can open the setup link (or QR code) in My Page
- Your OS is not too old
- Destination, days and plan are correct
iPhone에서 설정하는 방법
Connect to Wi-Fi
Open the Settings app
Open “Cellular / Mobile Data”
Tap “Add eSIM” or “Add Cellular Plan”
Tap the setup link from My Page (auto-opens on supported devices), or scan the QR code
Follow the on-screen steps to add the eSIM
Rename the line to something clear like “Bloomy eSIM”
Check the roles of your home line and Bloomy eSIM
Before departure, turn Bloomy eSIM off if needed
After arrival, set Bloomy eSIM as the mobile data line
Turn on “data roaming” (the setting that lets your phone receive signal abroad) for the Bloomy eSIM line if required
iPhone에서 특히 주의할 점
- 본국 주 회선의 데이터 로밍을 켜지 않도록 주의하세요
- 모바일 데이터에 어떤 회선이 선택되어 있는지 확인
- 「셀룰러 데이터 전환 허용」은 의도하지 않은 회선 사용으로 이어질 수 있으니 주의하세요
- 회선 이름을 알기 쉽게 해 두면 현지에서 헷갈리지 않습니다.
Android 설정 방법
Android는 제조사와 버전에 따라 항목 이름이 다릅니다. 비슷한 이름의 항목을 찾아보세요.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Open the Settings app
Open “Network & internet” or “Connections”
Open “SIM” or “Mobile network”
Tap “Add eSIM” or “Download a SIM”
Tap the setup link from My Page (auto-opens on supported devices), or scan the QR code
Follow the on-screen steps to add the eSIM
Rename the line to something clear like “Bloomy eSIM”
After arrival, set Bloomy eSIM as the mobile data line
Turn on “data roaming” (the setting that lets your phone receive signal abroad) if required
If data still won't connect, add the APN manually (your APN is shown in the eSIM details on My Page)
Android 사용 시 주의사항
- 제조사나 OS 버전에 따라 항목 이름이 다름
- 「연결」「네트워크」「SIM 관리자」 등 표시 이름이 다를 수 있습니다
- 데이터가 본국 SIM이 아닌 Bloomy eSIM으로 연결되는지 확인하세요
- 데이터 로밍을 설정할 회선을 잘못 선택하지 않도록 주의하세요
- Even after installing via QR, Android may not apply the APN automatically — add it manually if so
QR 코드를 읽을 수 없을 때(수동 설정)
- My Page에 수동 설정 정보（SM-DP+ 주소 등）가 표시될 수 있습니다.
- SM-DP+ 주소와 활성화 코드를 수동으로 입력하면 설정할 수 있는 경우가 있습니다.
- 대소문자와 기호를 포함하여 정보를 정확히 입력하세요.
- 수동 설정 정보를 찾을 수 없는 경우 마이페이지를 확인해 주세요.
현지 도착 후 확인할 사항
- Bloomy eSIM is turned on
- Bloomy eSIM is selected for mobile data
- Data roaming is on for the Bloomy eSIM line
- Your home SIM isn't using data by mistake
- You are where there is signal
- Restart the device if needed
자주 하는 실수
- QR 코드를 읽기만 하면 현지 통신이 자동으로 시작된다고 생각함
- 본국 SIM을 모바일 데이터 회선으로 그대로 둔 경우
- 데이터 로밍을 끈 채로 두고 있음
- Not setting the required APN on Android
- Wi-Fi가 없는 곳에서 설치하려고 함
- eSIM을 삭제하고 다시 설치하려고 함
- 지원되지 않는 단말기이거나 SIM 잠금이 해제되지 않음
중요: eSIM을 바로 삭제하지 마세요
eSIM은 한 번 삭제하면 같은 QR 코드로 다시 설치하지 못하는 경우가 있습니다. 연결되지 않더라도 바로 eSIM을 삭제하지 말고, 먼저 '연결되지 않을 때 확인 방법'을 확인하세요.
