Thank you for choosing Bloomy eSIM. We've made some changes to how inquiries reach us and how our replies get back to you, and we wanted to share what's new.

What We Changed

We've reworked the routing behind our contact form so that every message goes straight to the right person on our team. We've also fixed the email settings that handle your replies to us.

Until now, if you simply hit "reply" to an email from us, that message may never have reached our inbox. That means some of you wrote to us and never heard back. We're sorry for the frustration this caused. Replies now come through to us correctly.

What You Need to Do

This change doesn't affect your eSIM or any of your settings, so for most customers, there's nothing to do at all.

If you reached out before and never got an answer, please write to us again through our contact page. Including your order number, the email address you used at checkout, your destination, and your device model helps us look things up quickly. These messages go to the front of the queue.
