Important notes before deleting an eSIM
Once deleted, an eSIM often cannot be reinstalled with the same QR code. Here are key things to check before deleting one.
Deletion can be irreversible
Deleting an eSIM profile usually means the QR code can't be reused. Even when it won't connect, do not delete it right away.
Try these first if it won't connect
Check that Bloomy eSIM is selected for mobile data, data roaming is on, and you have signal. Toggling airplane mode and restarting the device also help.
When changing or resetting your device
If an eSIM is lost during a device change or factory reset, it may not be reissuable. Please contact support beforehand.
Key points
- Deleting may prevent reuse of the same QR
- If it won't connect, check settings first
- Ask support before a device change or reset
