These Terms apply to all use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
The Service sells data-only eSIMs for overseas use and provides related information. Voice and SMS are not provided. Connection quality depends on the upstream carrier and local network conditions.
3. Device requirements
Use requires an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatible devices. Please check compatibility before purchase.
4. Fees & payment
Fees are as shown on each plan page. Payment is made via the methods we specify. The eSIM QR code is issued after payment is completed.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not violate laws, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the Service, or misuse/resell eSIMs.
7. Disclaimer
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages from delays/interruptions, local signal conditions, or device-side settings.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this site.
